Tanaji Konure’s journey didn’t start in a boardroom. It began on the busy streets of Navi Mumbai, where he managed a humble tea stall. For years, he balanced grueling 18-hour days—serving customers by day and pursuing his night college education by night.
This wasn’t just a job; it was the forge that tempered his character. He learned that success isn't given; it's earned through sweat, service, and showing up when no one else will.
In 2014, with little more than ambition and integrity, he stepped into real estate with small rentals. He applied the same principles he learned at the stall: listen to people, serve them with absolute honesty, and work harder than anyone else.
